To adjust the thickness and thinness, turn nut 1 counterclockwise, and turn nut 2 to adjust the thickness after releasing the screw. Turn nut 2 counterclockwise to adjust the thickness, and turn nut 2 clockwise to adjust the thinness. Then, turn nut 1 clockwise after adjusting the nut 2. B. Requirements for frozen meat temperature 1. Frozen meat temperature is normally controlled at -2-15℃ 2. Viewing methods: The hardness of frozen meat can be felt by your hands. Using your finger nails to pinch the meat, if you can pinch it, it means the meat rolls are suitable. Instead, if you can’t pinch it, it means the meat rolls are too hard. If you pinch it deeply, it means the meat rolls are too soft. Hard frozen meat rolls will make slicing difficult, while soft frozen meat rolls will cause continuous cutting. 3. The fresh meat can be cut after being freezed more than 20 hours.
